The Packline SA is a semi-automatic, non-stop box closing/sealing machine for the FEFCO 402 corrugated flatpack. This unique production line incorporates precision gluing, flap-folding, and accurate closure/sealing of the box, all without any setup. The option of inkjet could be incorporated into the machine for easier identification of the parcel.

The Lamina Gluer is a manual-fed, in-line folding, gluing, and taping machine. By its ingenious design, it can handle various sizes and different materials.
The tool-free setup enables quick changeover, even for short runs. Options for the machine include cold glue, back support unit, Working Station, Tape applicator, etc.

The Lamina gluer is a straight-in-line gluing machine constructed on a sturdy frame of extruded, anodized aluminium profiles. The machine features a manual feed option or an optional automatic feeder for die-cut, creased, and slotted materials. The operator positions the blanks, and the hot melt unit applies the glue during the passage through the machine. The length and exact position of the glue line can be easily pre-set using a programmable logic controller (PLC) and a touch screen. A system of press rollers ensures perfect adhesion and guides the glued blanks to a pull-out tray, which is easily adjusted for different sizes. The machine is equipped with adjustable and interchangeable side guides, which also allow the gluing of 2-piece boxes. The Lamina Gluer is delivered ready-made for connection to the electrical and pneumatic systems.

The Lamina Glueline is a fully automatic non-stop gluing and folding machine for one piece or two piece boxes. The machine works with two heavy duty vacuum controlled belt feeders which feed in the one or two pieces.

The Lamina Folder Gluer is a very compact and effective fully automatic folder gluer. The machine is equipped with a non-stop suction belt feeder and a variety of guides and belts to handle standard one-point glued boxes or three-point glued crash lock boxes.

The Lamina Tape Table is a manual or automatic fed taping machine. By its ingenious design, it is able to handle various sizes and different materials.

The Lamina Working Station is an option for the Lamina Gluer. The product is fed through the Gluer, which applies the programmed glue lines and continues into the Working Station, where it is positioned on the vacuum belts. The second piece is mounted and positioned by using side lays and pneumatic stops for high-quality finishing. The unit is adjustable to suit a range of products from single to multi-part displays and boxes, large back supports, shelves, and much more. It can be a free standing gluer.
